Divergent Production (Creativity)
Definition: The generation of information where the emphasis is upon variety and quality of output; includes fluency, flexibility, and originality, but, on the other hand, it includes quality, relevance, and discipline.

- Will be inhibited in tasks without explicit instructions
- Difficulty assimilating new math concepts; “timidity” in exploring solutions
- Will be slow and/or pedantic in writing; probably poor in composition
